OVERVIEW
Art Series Hotel Group are a group of six boutique luxury, art inspired hotels who believe in creating unique, inspiring experiences. Carter were engaged to finalise the scope, wireframe design, build and support of the redevelopment of Art Series Hotel Group website. The brief was to create an innovative, interactive and visually engaging website, allowing for comprehensive, dynamic content to drive traffic, gather consumer insights and encourage bookings.
CHALLENGE
The site needed to be delivered in a way which complimented the art experience the Hotels offer, be beautiful, friendly and ensure ease of navigation for all users. It also had to appeal to both Australian and international audiences. Each Hotel has its own bespoke typography which had to be accessible to search engines, be editable, scalable and allow for additional hotels to be added as the Group grows.
The varying audiences required intuitive access to relevant areas highlighting the hotel experience such as booking meetings and events, viewing residences and galleries, while ensuring prominent access to the booking engine. Social integration was a key part of the brief with Art Series looking to further engage with users by promoting content sharing across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
SOLUTION
A responsive multi-site content management system, initially covering the Art Series Hotel Group, The Cullen, The Olsen, The Blackman and The Schaller Studio. A site which showcases the unique and individual design aesthetic of each hotel and studio, simplifys the overall information architecture and encourages users to book directly via the site or to enquire about meetings, events and hotel residences.
